SMART System Components
SMART Microphone
- Weatherproof anodized aluminum housing with electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding protects against the elements and static discharge, and an internal heating system eliminates condensation and icing of the ultrasonic sensors.
- Not one but two ultrasonic sensors provide redundancy for added reliability, and a built-in ultrasonic speaker tests and automatically selects the sensor with the best result.
- Innovative technology digitizes signals before sending them to the controller, reducing EMI that can obscure echolocations.

SMART Controller
- Leverages Wildlife Acoustics’ Kaleidoscope Pro sound analysis software to analyze and communicate about bat calls in real-time.
- Connects via Wi-Fi or Ethernet and integrates with SCADA, OPC UA, and other third-party hardware and software solutions.

SMART Control Panel
